MARK HANNA

Hello! My name is Mark Hanna. I grew up in Old Bridge, NJ. My education began at Middlesex County College from which I transferred to Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. I graduated from Rutgers with a Bachelor's in Nutritional Sciences on the Dietetics track. Attending University of Rhode Island for a Master's in Dietetics with an expected graduation of October 2022. 

My interest in dietetics stemmed from my parents’ health conditions and my role in taking care of them. This interest began small, as I originally had the goal of studying accounting; however, as I learned more about nutrition and dietetics, I became infatuated with the field. From watching documentaries to experimenting with diets, dietetics became an important part of my life. 

I finished my Dietetic Internship through Sodexo. I plan to sit for and pass the RD exam so that I can become a Licensed, Registered Dietitian. Having said that please feel free to take a look at all I’ve worked on, and let me know if you have any questions.
