My Sodexo Experience
This is my project/experience page. Take a scroll through to see all the amazing, fun things I got to experience as a Sodexo Dietetic Intern. I hope you enjoy!

Electrolyte Protein Popsicles
This video is also viewable on Youtube under Vivatotalhealth, a private practice run by RD Allison Thibault. This is a fun recipe for any age group but specifically beneficially for young athletes that need help staying hydrated and getting enough protein throughout the day!
02
Foodservice Rotation
I conducted my foodservice rotation at Bristol Myers Squibb in Lawrenceville, NJ. At this location I helped prepare meals for ~80 expected customers per day and also assisted in serving those meals to the customers directly.

03
Clinical Rotation
I completed my clinical rotations at Jersey City Medical Center in Jersey City, NJ. The experience here was amazing and so was the staff. Everyone was so knowledgable about nutrition and were able to break it all down into a digestible manner for me. I completed my basic, intermediate, and advanced clinical along with staff relief, clinical nutrition management, and my concentration in critical care (ICU/CCU/NICU).

Hormone Balancing Foods
This is a presentation I developed while working the RD Allison T. at her private practice. The presentation was given live as well as uploaded to Youtube and can be found under Vivatotalhealth's page. Here is a direct link to the video: https://youtu.be/MUUZ4XpTROk

Community Rotation
I completed my community rotation at a food pantry called Heaven's Helpers in Woodbridge, NJ. While there I got to present about Fiber with a fellow intern, Kimberly Ferrara. It was very interesting to see what is provided by food pantries and how to still make healthy, balanced meals from the ingredients.
